The challenge wasn't creating another absinthe brand. It was helping people rediscover the spirit itself.
Infâme began as an exploration of ritual, craftsmanship, and curiosity. Rather than leaning into myths and gimmicks, we focused on the experience of absinthe and the cultural traditions that have surrounded it for generations.
Inspired by La Belle Époque, Art Nouveau, and Southern mysticism, the brand embraces absinthe's rebellious history while presenting it through a more refined and contemporary lens.
The relaunch of Infâme and the introduction of Infâme Verte helped establish one of the earliest examples of Gate Eleven's evolution into a true house of brands.
Today, Infâme stands as a reminder that some categories don't need reinvention.
They simply need to be understood again.
